Jamestown Volunteers need to chaperone Roosters!

Are you available on Friday May 14th to lead a team around the rooster games? We need 10 folks to shepherd our flocks. It is easy - and a lot of fun, and you too, get to eat great treats and pizza from our fabulous House of Pizza. Mrs. Zainyeh (a Rooster game veteran) has kindly agreed to coordinate and be the point person. Please contact me and I will let her know all the folks who are interested. You can either leave your information on the comment button (which I will not publish!) or email me at rid24646@ride.ri.net. Thank you so much for your help - we really can't do this without you!

Jamestown Permission Form online

In order to have snacks and juice boxes at the Rooster Games, we need your parents/guardians to know about it! So please make sure your folks see this form. I know you will get it in hard copy but if your dog eats it, your cat steals it, your hamster chews it, your parrot puts it at the bottom of it's cage, or it lives at the bottom of your backpack, you can get another copy by clicking on the PERMISSION FORM 10 link. Happy Reading!! Soon, soon.........the games begin!!

MAY 14TH 2010 IS ROOSTER GAMES DAY!

Okay, all, time to get serious! Reminder: you need to have read (or heard) 5 books, 10 gets you a certificate, 20 a trophy. Everyone gets lunch and a gift. A paper asking for your parent's consent and telling how many books you've read will be going home with you. (It will be posted very shortly on the blog to for you to download in case you misplace your copy). TREATS! Important! Everyone needs to volunteer to bring a 3pack of juiceboxes and a small treat, if they can. This is also on the paper. It's so nice, after playing, to relax, eat and chat with your team members after all your hard work. Please share this information with your parents - it will guarantee a great time will be had by all.
